Just not quite what you thought it would be?
We take great pride in our products, and we hope you are delighted with your purchase. But for any reason you aren't completely satisfied, returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 30 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, WASHED OR USED and with ALL tags attached (less shipping costs and overweight surcharges) All jewelry, sale, personalized and special order purchases are final; no refunds or credits are available.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

How do I make a return or exchange?
Simply follow the instructions on the invoice included with your package. Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope and send back to us using an insured service to the above address. (This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves). Please note: We do not refund initial or return shipping and handling charges. Items designated as FINAL SALE are not returnable.

When will my credit card be refunded?
Once your package has been received at twinkletwinklelittleone.com, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from twinkletwinklelittleone.com

All orders are shipped via FedEx Standard Ground Shipping, unless you request 2nd day or next day. Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days, and will arrive 5 to 9 business days from the date they were shipped. Special orders will take longer and you will receive an email once your order is processed with an estimated ship date.
