We take great pride in our products, and we hope you are delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you aren't completely satisfied, exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 30 days of receipt for items that have not been, worn, washed, or used and with all tags attached (less shipping costs and overweight surcharges). All jewelry, sale, personalized, and special order purchases are final sale; no credits or exchanges are available.

How do I make an exchange?
Simply follow the instructions on the invoice included with your package. Securely pack and seal the invoice and merchandise for exchange in an appropriate shipping box or envelope and send back to us using an insured service to the above address. (This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves). Please note: We do not refund initial or return shipping and handling charges. Items designated as FINAL SALE are not returnable for credit or exchange.
When my store credit be available?
Once your package has been received at twinkletwinklelittleone.com, your store credit will be processed within five business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. If you would like a hard copy of your credit please include a note with your items for exchange.

All orders are shipped via FedEx Standard Ground Shipping, unless you request 2nd day or next day. Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days, and will arrive 5 to 9 business days from the date they were shipped. Special orders will take longer and you will receive an email once your order is processed with an estimated ship date.
